As a logical development of our company, this new service product of FOXESTATE provides to our clients full assistance in tackling all issues concerning their newly acquired real estate after the purchase, in terms of maintenance, supervision and promoting their property for rental purposes.

 

Our Aftersales Management services have become possible thanks to our newly established partnership with PMGroup. PMGroup is a company having a maintenance base in Sunny Beach and possessing resources for professional and timely care of any entrusted property in the Burgas region. We believe that our smooth cooperation with PMGroup will open a new page in the unique experience of property investment - buy-to-let investing in properties. Thanks to this alliance you will not only be able to sleep peacefully after you have made your investment, not worrying about what happens with your property during your absence, but you will also gain additional resource of promoting your property for rental purposes.
